These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OYE AI,
a business assistant service operated by Marcus Infosys LLP.
PART 1
Using OYE AI
Understanding our service and how it works.
02Account Access
OYE AI is provided as a web application. You create an OYE AI account and sign in from your browser — there is no separate application to download.
03Monthly Credits
Your monthly plan includes 20 poster credits, 4 video credits (up to 10 seconds per video) and 1 jingle credit. Other supported features are unlimited, subject to reasonable-use restrictions.
04Poster Credits
You receive 20 poster credits per monthly cycle. One credit is used per poster. Additional posters require extra credits. Unused credits may not carry forward unless stated otherwise.
05Video Credits
You receive 4 video credits per monthly cycle. Each credit allows one video up to 10 seconds. Additional videos require extra credits. Video generation is subject to technical and service limitations.
06Jingle Song Credits
1 credit is required for each jingle song creation. Additional jingle credits may need to be purchased after your available credits are exhausted.
07Unlimited Features
Unlimited features are for normal business use and subject to reasonable-use, technical, security and service limitations. “Unlimited” does not allow abusive or excessive automated use.
08Payment Methods
We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer and Card Payment. Services are activated after successful payment confirmation.

Rules, Responsibilities & Legal
Important policies you agree to when using OYE AI.
09No Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once payment is received and the service is activated. Unused credits or time do not automatically qualify for a refund, except where required by law.
10Credit Expiry & Service Period
Credits and allowances are linked to the monthly service period. When a period ends, unused credits may expire and may not transfer to the next period unless stated otherwise.
11AI-Generated Results
AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies. Review content before using it for advertising, publishing, business decisions, customer communication, commercial, legal or financial purposes.
12User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the information, materials and content you provide are legally permitted to use. Do not use OYE AI for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.
13Business Content
You retain responsibility for the business information and materials you provide. Do not provide confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.
14Service Availability
We aim for reliable service through the OYE AI web application. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to internet connectivity, hosting, third-party services, AI providers and other external factors.
15Feature Changes
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features when needed. Credit requirements, features and limits may change for future plans, with changes communicated appropriately.
16Third-Party Services
We may rely on third parties such as payment providers, hosting services and AI technology providers. They have their own terms, policies and limitations.
17Intellectual Property
All OYE AI branding, software, interface, designs and technology belong to OYE AI / Marcus Infosys LLP or licensors. You may use generated content under service terms, but ownership of our IP is not transferred.
18Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, violation of terms, unauthorized access, abuse of the platform or activities that create security or operational risks.
19Limitation of Liability
OYE AI assists businesses and does not replace professional legal, financial, accounting, medical or other regulated advice. You are responsible for decisions made using our content.
20Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts over the applicable location of Marcus Infosys LLP, subject to applicable law.
